If the New Build Owner's Kit isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

To request a refund, use our contact page and include your order number. We process refunds within 5 business days of your request, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to those rights, not instead of them. If there's a problem with your files (for example, a download doesn't work), contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
