Instant digital delivery

The New Build Owner's Kit is a digital product. Nothing is posted to you.

After payment, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also emailed to you. The kit downloads as one ZIP file containing the PDFs and the workbook.

If your email hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we'll resend it.

Opening your files

On a computer, open the ZIP file and start with 01-start-here.pdf. On a phone, most devices can open ZIP files from the Files app. The workbook opens in Microsoft Excel or, for free, in Google Sheets.
